K.K Diamond strives for your complete satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Eligibility: Refunds are available for in-stock items returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

2. Custom Orders: Custom jewelry is non-refundable unless defective or not as per the approved design.

4. Refund Timeline: Refunds are credited within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Shipping Costs: Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

6. Defective Items: If an item is defective, we’ll provide a refund or replacement after inspection.
