2. Custom Orders: Cancellations are allowed before design approval. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

3. Process: To cancel, reach out to us with your order details. Refunds for canceled orders are credited within 7-10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Fees: Any payment processing fees or shipping costs incurred before cancellation are non-refundable.
